We recommend wearing comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that allows you to move easily. Leggings, joggers, shorts and sportswear are all suitable choices.
Classes are usually performed barefoot or in grip socks, and it's best to avoid overly loose clothing that may get in the way of certain movements or positions.

For most classes, all you need is comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and a bottle of water. Mats and equipment are provided, although you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
