We believe movement should be accessible to everybody, whatever your age, experience, fitness level or stage of life. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates, returning after injury, looking to build strength, or simply wanting to move more regularly, our classes are designed to help you feel comfortable, confident and supported from day one.

At The Core Movement Collective, we focus on mindful, connected movement that helps improve strength, mobility, balance and flexibility, while also creating space to slow down, breathe and reconnect with your body.

Our studio is a relaxed, down-to-earth space where people can move without pressure or intimidation. No mirrors, no egos, no extremes, just expert guidance, supportive instruction and classes that help you feel good in your body.
